Delivery
Delivery to the UK and Ireland is FREE.
We aim to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail within 1 to 5 working days from receipt of the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that one of our products is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us at pernaton@ry.tm within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution with a replacement or refund.
