On the 8^th of September, we sampled Pernaton at the biggest half marathon in the world – The Great North Run. We brought Pernaton directly to the hands (and muscles!) Of over 24,000 participants. As the world’s largest half marathon, with a staggering 60,000 runners, this event was the perfect platform to introduce Pernaton to the active community seeking natural relief for their joints and muscles.

The energy at our stand was electric, thanks to our 10 enthusiastic brand ambassadors, all decked out in Pernaton-branded uniforms, ready to engage with runners, friends, and family.

A Standout Activation with a Personal Touch

But we didn’t stop at just handing out samples! We leveled up the experience by having a qualified sports massage therapist, offering post-race mini-massages using Pernaton Cooling Gel, ready to cool tired joints and muscles, relieving tension when massaging on application. This personalised touch was a massive hit, with many runners seeking relief for their tired legs. The demand was high, but the feedback was even higher. Our Cooling Gel was well and truly in demand!

Adding even more fun to the day was our Pernaton mascot, who roamed the village, interacting with runners, their families, and friends. The mascot brought smiles and plenty of photo opportunities, further cementing our presence at the event.
